Mr. Brar's
principal areas of practice include counseling and litigation in labor and wage-and-hour law
. He represents employees in wage and hour and other labor law
related matters in both federal and state courts, as well as in
administrative proceedings before federal and state agencies.
Along with
practicing in state courts in Utah, he is
also admitted to the United States
Court of Appeal for the Tenth Circuit, and the United States District Court of Utah.
Prior to starting
a law practice, Mr. Brar practiced as a licensed
professional engineer in Utah and
Wyoming.

counseling and litigation. She represents employees in wage-and-hour
